Fans not spinning up. In progress. I just installed a EVGA GTX 1050ti FTW 4G video card into my system and I noticed that the fans aren't spinning up most of the time. I don't have an issue with temps or performance that I can tell. Is that normal if the temps are below any thresholds that may be set? (everything is done automatically) Nothing.
